Grace Mafeng Fred is a human rights enthusiast and peace advocate with a passion for social and economic empowerment of women in Nigeria. She has vast experience in working on projects that promote human rights, peace and social justice. She has served in various capacities in a number of NGOs and coalitions. She is Ag Director of CAJR. She holds a Law degree from University of Jos, Nigeria & University of Southampton, UK.

Kingsley Obida currently is the Conflict and Mitigation Management officer of the Centre for the Advocacy of Justice & Rights. He holds a Diploma in Public Administration from the Plateau State Polytechnic BarkinLadi. He has attended several trainings on conflict and Mitigation Management, HIV AIDS, etc. Kingsley has had considerable experience working on different projects that CAJR has implemented over the years which has sharpened his skills in project design, planning, monitoring & Evaluation and implementation, he was Assistant Programme officer-Gender Reproductive Health CAJR, project officer on the projects titled: Support to Government Ministries, Department and Agencies (MDAs) to address Violence and Grievances Arising from Inequity in Employment and Empowerment in Plateau State funded by (NSRP).Sustainable peace and development through youth
Re-orientation on the dangers of Hate Speech on the Social cohesion in Plateau State funded by NEXUS.

Etty Peter is a versatile, enthusiastic and dedicated student of life with a passion for service to humanity, an expert in public relations, interpersonal relations, human resource management and negotiation, a team player and an instrumental leader who has worked in various settings and led various groups in various capacities. She holds a BSc in Sociology from the prestigious University of Jos currently work in the Gender and Reproductive Health department responsible for coordinating projects and activities under her department to meet their goals and objectives, liaises with the Ministry of Women Affairs in areas that relates to women and child welfare and also carries out other responsibilities assigned by the programme manager.

Taiye Ruth Daramola is a consummate result-oriented person who engenders teamwork and commitment that leads to optimal performance and achievement of results, works with the Centre for the Advocacy of Justice and Right as a Program Officer on Gender and Reproductive Health. Taiye holds a Bachelor of Sciences (B.Sc.) degree in Public Administration from Nasarawa State University Keffi. She also holds a Master degree (M.Sc) in Development studies from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu. Taiye has had considerable experience working on the women and gender, child protection and represents the CAJR at the monthly Peace Architectural Dialogue meetings in Plateau state.

She holds an MSc. in Conflict Management & Peace Studies from the University of Jos, Nigeria. A Civil Society Organization practitioner efficient in team building and project management with excellent communication skills and experience in advocacy, monitoring and evaluation, peace-building and facilitation. She has worked as a Consultant/Trainer for GIZ on a project titled: Deepening Economic Development for Peace & Stability in Plateau State.

Mark Weze holds a B.Sc in sociology and diploma in social development. He is hard working and positive individual who always strives to achieve the highest standard possible at any task. He possesses excellent communication skills and has the ability and experience to relate to a wide range of people. He enjoys learning new things. As a Programme Officer Democracy and Good Governance of CAJR, he has been engaging stakeholders on issues of good governance and budget tracking and solving problematic situation.

Theodora Dawal has great interest in the area of humanitarian and development work. As the assistant Programme Officer Democracy and Good Governance, she has participated in several training that involve youth participation on non-violent use of social media to counter violent ideologies. Theodora has interest in credible electoral processes and is trained on the use of Parallel Vote Tabulation (PVT). She is focused, easy going and very good at team work.

Tongret Gowon is a Legal Practitioner. A graduate from the Faculty of Law, University of Jos. She has been involved in development work as an undergraduate and is still very much active in their activities for positive social change. Tongret has participated in several human rights sensitization, radio talk shows on human Right and is in active Legal Practice. Tongret is a dedicated, committed team player and a very resourceful lady.

Barde W. Auta is an entrepreneur who is committed to creating a more fair, just and peaceful society. Barde holds a B.Sc. in Pure and Applied Chemistry from the University of Jos. His life’s passion for service to humanity led him to joining CAJR. He has a good knowledge of administrative systems & office procedures. He possesses excellent IT skills, good interpersonal & communication skills. Mr. Auta currently holds the position of Assistant Programme Officer Conflict and Mitigation Management with experience in advocacy.

Jane is a human right activist who has passion to serve humanity and God. She currently Serve as the Admin/ Finance Office of CAJR. Has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business management from the University of Jos and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Management Concept Experts. She is well grounded in the area of Budget and tracking, financial analysis and Project Management.
